Delta Airlines and Porsche launch "Catch the Plane" campaign. At Los Angeles Airport, passengers who are late for a flight and are members of the Delta 360° Club can get to the plane in a high-speed Porsche 911 GT3 RS worth $240,000.

Czech carrier RegioJet and Ukrzaliznytsia launch regular train service Prague - Chop. The flights are scheduled to start this month. Departure is in the evening: at 21:38 from Prague, at 17:30 from Chop. Travel time (including border crossing) is 13.5 hours. Tickets should go on sale soon on the RegioJet website. Prices will be €25.

Italy and Slovenia will launch a train between the countries after more than 100 years. In April, the Frecciarossa high-speed train will start running between Milan and Ljubljana. The journey will take 7 hours and will pass through Venice, Trieste, and some of the sights of Slovenia. Initially, there will be only one flight a day, but later they promise to add a second one.
